With 15 years of international marketing and PR experience, James has lived and worked in Shanghai, NYC, Tokyo and London. James' career began at WPP's global network where as Chief of Staff to the Global CEO of Ogilvy & Mather, based in New York, he worked across a variety of blue-chip brands such as British Airways, SAP and Unilever. Then to China where James spent five years marketing luxury and consumer brands. He combines his digital skills with knowledge of Chinese culture to promote Hylink's ambition as a cultural bridge to help Western brands access China.
Digital & Business Director
With more than 15 years of experience working across markets in US, UK and APAC, Ying has in-depth knowledge of communications across all channels. Ying started her career in Singapore and moved to Shanghai in 2009. She went on to become the Shanghai lead for WE Communications in 2015. Ying's background provides her with an innate understanding of cultural differences and how to effectively deliver on both regional and global accounts. Industry expertise includes consumer technology, luxury, retail and hospitality clients.
Nina has spent the last seven years helping international brands expand into new markets and connecting with Chinese consumers. Originally from Xian, she spent five years at Baidu as a Senior Digital Sales Manager, overseeing the launch of online and social marketing campaigns, before venturing to the UK in 2013. With a Masters from The University of Birmingham in International Business, Nina is well positioned to identify opportunities to bridge the gap between China and the UK. Nina has also worked with a number of clients across retail and tourism.

Yuan has over 15 years of experience in media, ten years specializing in digital media, and eight of those years in China with a particular focus on luxury sector, where she has worked closely with brands such as Bentley Motors, Coach, Global Blue, and brands from SWATCH Group brands, L'Oréal Luxe and Chopard. Yuan is frequently invited as a keynote speaker on digital marketing by leading industry conferences in China (include TEDx Beijing) and in Europe (iAB, ChinaConnect).
